she sings to molly all the time. molly's favorite songs when she was very little were 'when veronica plays the harmonica,' 'i didn't know what time it was' by rodgers and hart, a large repertoire of cole porter, mercer and other standards, 'giusepino's 'fuggi da questo cielo,' mozart's 'divertimento in d' and of course, 'itsy-bitsy-spider.'

now she's getting more sophisticated, and she can really sing the lyrics. her favorites at nearly age four include: 'shoefly, don't bother me,' 'frere jacques,' 'sur le pont d'avignon,' and bob marley's 'redemption song.'
